date, Pro-Environmental
has installed or has under contract, over 70 commercial scale
RTO/TCO units in the wood products industry handling dryer
and press emissions in OSB, MDF, plywood, particleboard and
hardboard applications.
Our design emphasis has been on a system
with low operating costs (fuel and electric power), minimal
maintenance requirements, and highest uptime reliability.
The majority of these RTO/TCO systems handle dryer emissions
and are located downstream of particulate control equipment
ranging from multiclones to wet electrostatic precipitators.
All the systems have exceeded performance guarantees for emissions
abatement, and have met all utilities consumption guarantees.
